Passwords will be required to be more secure from April 5th.
At TeamHaven, we are dedicated to consistently improving our security measures to provide you with peace of mind.
That’s why from the 5th of April we are implementing stronger password requirements for new users. These changes are designed to keep your accounts even more secure.
New Password Complexity Requirements:
Passwords for Admins, Project Managers and Field Managers must contain:
- Minimum of 10 characters (now required)
- Includes 1 special characters (now required)
- Contains 2 uppercase letters
- Contains 2 lowercase letters
- Contain 2 digits
For example, QYeatj68!
Passwords for Collectors and Clients must contain:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Contains 2 upper case letters (now required)
- Contains 2 lower case letters (now required)
For example, KurFthia
Passwords can not include the username, account name or common phrases such as ‘password’, ‘TeamHaven’ or ‘test’.
