We are pleased to announce that you can now click through on photos in the Picture Gallery report to reveal that visit’s completed questionnaire.
Feature benefits:
- Click-through and review: Quickly gain access to the visit’s wider details.
- Enhanced Insight: Clearly see the context in which that photo was taken and the actions leading up to it.
- In Your Control: Decide which Picture Gallery reports you would like to use this new feature in.
How to set up:
When creating a new Picture Gallery, go to the Gallery Formatting tab and select the setting ‘Show review call links’.
To edit an existing Picture Gallery, use the XML editor to turn this setting off or on.
This setting will show the ‘Review Call’ icon for all the user roles that have access to the report, including the Client role.
Update to ‘censor pictures’ feature:
Following this new release, the icon for the existing feature that allows photos to be censored has been updated.
To censor images, select an already created Picture Gallery from the Library Manager and hover the cursor over the button of the picture you wish to censor. Then click the image icon to censor or reveal the picture. Please be aware it can take time for the picture to be censored from the report.
